  • Educational and Professional Facilities: Includes a comprehensive library, doctoral dissertation councils, a Business Incubator, Technopark, Innovation and Technology Center, and a Publishing Center.

Strategic Coordination:

  • Innovative Efforts: Managed by the Innovation Department, which encompasses various specialized centers including Patenting, Marketing, and Technology Transfer.

Key Objectives of Innovation:

  • Develop a system of non-budgetary financing to enhance educational and research facilities, improve education quality, and support human resources and scientific schools.

  • An Innovative Portal updates daily with high-tech business news and success stories, aiding in technology commercialization and startup organization.

  • The Training Center for Innovative Entrepreneurship offers advanced programs focused on incorporating innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises.

In 2014, the university established a Business Incubator that has since fostered the creation of 15 small innovative enterprises, aligning with Federal Law N 217. Additionally, NovSU's "Search" student design office enhances youth engagement in scientific activities through modern technology and new strategic directions.
